This entails ideation and execution of internal and social media campaigns for our change and business initiatives across internal channels. Essentials:Being proactive with fresh ideas and taking ownership to execute campaignsStaying updated with the latest innovations and trends in internal and social media communicationsComfort with producing short format format-friendly and engaging content from end-to-endStrong language skills, both verbal and writtenA good understanding of GenAI, CMS, SharePoint, andinternal communication appsStrong skills in PowerPoint, Canva and any other creative tools to be able to support on visualising and creating periodic progress reports for the teamProactiveness in establishing a strong network within DeloitteHigh capacity for flexibility and tolerance for the unpredictableQualifications:A graduate degree in marketing, mass media, or similar fields is an advantage, as are additional certifications in digital marketing-related programsHowever, we are open to anyone with a creative bent of mindExperience:Two to three years of relevant experienceFreshers are most welcome if they can demonstrate their capabilities in the abovementioned areasYour role as a leaderAt Deloitte India, we believe in the importance of leadership at all levels.
